Higher education has undergone rapid and profound transformations that require flexible planning, rigorous analysis, and forward-looking approaches. At the Department of Studies and Planning, we are committed to developing an integrated planning system that keeps pace with scientific and technological developments and is founded on the principles of transparency, good governance, and quality.

We also firmly believe that achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has become both a national and global imperative. Accordingly, we have incorporated these goals into our five-year plans and have worked to guide the University’s efforts towards creating a more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative environment.

Another key priority of the Department is the preparation of studies and data that enable the University’s colleges and centers to enhance their performance and develop new academic specializations that respond to the needs of local and international labor markets. This also includes supporting the establishment of research and consultancy centers that contribute to serving the community and fostering national economic development.
