Quarterly Activity System
The Quarterly Activity System is one of the systems developed by the Department of Studies and Planning to facilitate the collection, organization, standardization, and reporting of college activities throughout the academic year. The academic year is divided into four quarters, with activities reported under four main areas:
- Administrative and Technical Activities
- Scientific Activities
- Student Activities
- Engineering Activities
The activities submitted by the University’s colleges are consolidated and standardized before being submitted to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research within the specified reporting periods, as follows:
- First Quarter: From November 1 to April 10
- Second Quarter: From April 11 to July 10
- Third Quarter: From July 11 to October 10
- Fourth Quarter: From October 11 to January 10
