The Electronic Portal System is one of the systems developed by the Department of Studies and Planning to facilitate the collection, management, and continuous updating of institutional data. The system contains a comprehensive range of academic and administrative data and operates under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs.

The system includes the following key datasets:

• Undergraduate student numbers, categorized by gender (male/female).
• Postgraduate student numbers, categorized by gender (male/female).
• Academic staff numbers, classified according to academic rank and academic qualification.
• Administrative staff numbers, classified according to academic qualification.
• Published research, classified according to indexing and research databases, including local, international, and Scopus-indexed publications.
