University Performance Evaluation Division

Division Responsibilities

  1. Evaluating institutional performance at the university and its colleges in order to assess the level and quality of performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
  2. Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database covering all activities of the university and its colleges to facilitate monitoring and continuous development of the educational process.
  3. Supporting the university colleges, through their University Performance Evaluation Units, in conducting studies aimed at enhancing and improving their institutional and academic performance.
  4. Conducting and participating in field studies to ensure the alignment of educational outcomes with labor market needs, and providing appropriate guidance and recommendations in this regard.
  5. Ensuring that colleges achieve their strategic objectives by implementing appropriate procedures to evaluate their academic programs and outcomes using various assessment and measurement tools.
  6. Providing technical consultation and guidance to the university and its colleges in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and quality assurance mechanisms.
  7. Preparing periodic reports on the activities of the division and submitting them to the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University Presidency.
  8. Planning and coordinating the follow-up of self-assessment processes for the university, its colleges, and their various academic programs, and monitoring the implementation of these processes.
  9. Collecting and analyzing the results of self-assessment studies, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and presenting appropriate recommendations for performance improvement and development.
  10. Carrying out any additional tasks assigned by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University Presidency in order to support and strengthen the university performance evaluation process.
