A new scholarly publication titled Studies in International Law has recently been issued by Mashki House for Printing, Publishing and Distribution in Mosul. The book is authored by Prof. Dr. Imad Kh. Ibrahim Al-Hadidi, a professor of international law at the Regional Studies Center, University of Mosul.
The book examines a collection of specialized legal studies addressing issues directly related to human rights, including mechanisms for regulating and promoting awareness of these rights. It also explores cases of human rights violations and examines the international responsibility arising from such violations, whether committed by governmental authorities and states or by international organizations.
The publication represents a valuable academic contribution and enriches the Arabic legal library, bringing together extensive academic expertise and an in-depth analytical perspective in the fields of political science, human rights, and international law.
The book comprises 198 pages in a medium format and was published in its first edition in 2026. It has been officially registered with the National Library and Archives in Baghdad.
