On the evening of Thursday, August 12, 2021, the electronic training course held by the Department of Chemistry was concluded under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii, and tagged “Green Chemistry” delivered by (A) Dr. Hana Shukr Mahmoud) and (Dr. Rana Abdul-Malik Qaba).The course dealt with a definition of green chemistry, its applications and the twelve principles that are based on it. The course also presented a classification of dangerous and less dangerous compounds and methods for designing safe chemical reactions on human health and other organisms and on the safety of the environment, through the use of safe solvents, the regulation of organic reagents and waste recycling, The techniques of analysis, separation and estimation were also categorized and clarified which ones are safer and less dangerous.The workshop witnessed a wide presence from the academicians of the University of Mosul and Iraqi universities, as well as the health institution and university students, and was accompanied by an extensive discussion.اختتام أعمال الدورة التدريبية في قسم الكيمياءاختتمت مساء يوم الخميس الموافق 12 آب 2021 أعمال الدورة التدريبية الإلكترونية التي أقامها قسم الكيمياء برعاية السيد رئيس جامعة الموصل الأستاذ الدكتور قصي كمال الدين الأحمدي و إشراف السيدة عميد كلية العلوم الأستاذ المساعد الدكتورة هيام عادل الطائي و الموسومة ” الكيمياء الخضراء ” القاها كلاً من ( أ.م.د. هناء شكر محمود ) و ( م.د. رنا عبدالمالك قبع ) .تناولت الدورة تعريف بالكيمياء الخضراء وتطبيقاتها والمبادئ الاثني عشر التي تقوم عليها ، كما قدمت الدورة تصنيف للمركبات الخطرة و الأقل خطراً وطرائق تصميم لتفاعلات كيميائية آمنه على صحة الإنسان والكائنات الأخرى وعلى سلامة البيئة و ذلك من خلال استخدام مذيبات آمنه والتقنين من الكواشف العضوية واعادة تدوير المخلفات ، كذلك تم تصنيف تقنيات التحليل والفصل والتقدير وتوضيح أيّها أكثر أمناً وأقل خطراً.شهدت الورشة حضوراً واسعاً من أكاديمي جامعة الموصل والجامعات العراقية فضلاً عن المؤسسة الصحية وطلبة الجامعة ، كما رافقها حدوث حوار نقاشي مستفيض .
