Under of the guidance from Assistant professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii, and by supervision Assistant professor Dr. Jasim Salam, the professors and students of forth stage of Chemistry Department, have scientific visit to genetic blood diseases (Thalassemia) dependent for hospital of Ibn Al-Atheer on Tuesday 14 2021. The visit targeted to inform the students on Genetic Disease (Thalassemia) directly, also aimed to visit the recumbent children in the hospital and submit of the presents for them and stand by them and raise of their morale, and add the pleasure and cheer in the soul of children and their siblings.After that Dr, Madin Mohammed Fowzi Al-Ghurari, the Director of Thalassemia center, delivered a lecture to the students, which included a definition thalassemia disease and its healing methods, and the protection from them, as well as the professors of department on behalf of Dr. Dean of college of sciences presented the thanks and gratitude to hosting them to center of Genetic Blood Diseases (Thalassemia) and cooperating with them.
