Under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii, and following-up of the Head of the Department of Biology, Assistant Professor Dr. Raed Salem Al-Saffar, and within the activities of continuing education, a work session titled (pre-operative laboratory tests) was concluded on Thursday, December 23, 2021, in the Department of biology administrated by Prof. Dr. Adiba Younis Sharif, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ghada Abdel Razzaq Muhammad, Assistant lecturer Amna Ghanem Omar, Assistant lecturer Serra Mahmoud Altai. The session dealt with the explanation of many laboratory tests that are carried out before surgical operations in addition to the practical application, including HB, PCV, Blood group, bleeding time, Clotting time in addition to some viral tests such as hepatitis B and C virus examination, HIV examination, Covid -19 examination. At the end of the session, certificates were distributed to the participants.
