At the kind invitation of the honorable Mr. President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr Kossay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmady, And in the presence of the Honorable Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Yassin Muhammad Hamad Khalaf Al-Ethawi, respected universities presidents, members of the esteemed University of Mosul Council, and a number of security leaders. The Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii, attended the opening ceremony of the Mosul University theater on Monday, February 7, 2022, after it was rehabilitated and furnished by the Department of Construction and Projects at the University of Mosul and with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). It is worth noting that the theater is considered the largest and most modern theater in Iraq, with a capacity of 1500 people It is equipped with the latest audio, optical and electronic technologies.
