College of Science

As part of the program of the scientific visit carried out by the delegation of the college of science headed by Mrs. Dean Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Al-Taii and Mr. head of the department of physics and a number of faculty lecturers at the invitation of his excellency the minister of industry and minerals of Iraq Mr. Manhal Aziz al-Khabaz, the delegation visited with his excellency al-Karkh university of science, which is one of the young and advanced Iraqi public universities in the Iraqi national classification, and its president, professor Dr. Thamer abdul amir, is considered one of the students of the department of physics in our college.During the visit, the university’s capabilities were reviewed from the classrooms and advanced laboratory devices, and the frameworks of joint scientific cooperation between the college of science and the university of AlKarkh were discussed, as evidenced by the contract of a joint cooperation agreement between our college and the faculty of science at al-Karkh university in all fields of scientific, practical and research.at the end of the visit, the delegation expressed its pride and gratitude for the outcomes of the visit and the good and warm welcome of the reception, wishing everyone progress and giving in the service of our dear country.
