Within the series of seminars for the Department of Biology, and according to the directions of the Dean of the College of Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, and in the presence of the head of the department, the assistant professor, Dr. Raed Salem Al-Saffar, and the rapporteur of the department A. M.D. Haitham Luqman and a number of the department’s teachers, two seminars were given on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 for postgraduate students for:1- Master’s student: Riam Hassan Abdel-Razzaq for her thesis tagged:(Genetic Characterization of Virulence Factors from Enterococcus spp. Isolated from some Swimming Pools and Recreation Areas in Tigris River)Supervised by: Assistant professor Dr. Ryan Mazen Faisal.2- Master’s student: Nesma Idris Salih for her thesis entitled (Biochemical and molecular effects of synergy between liposomal amphotericin B and thalidomide for the ex vivo treatment of cutaneous and visceral leishmaniasis) Supervised by: Assistant professor Dr. Haitham Luqman Al-Hayali.Wishing everyone good luck and success.
