In an atmosphere where knowledge flourishes and academic aspirations rise, the joy of Eid Al-Adha is beautifully magnified for the College of Science, as the Department of Chemistry celebrates a second joyous occasion — achieving preliminary approval for programmatic accreditation in scientific disciplines. This marks a significant and confident step toward quality and academic excellence.

This achievement is the result of dedicated efforts and ongoing support from the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibraheemi, whose generous support had a profound impact on reaching this important milestone.

With close follow-up by the esteemed Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, and in recognition of the outstanding team at the Department of Chemistry, led by Professor Dr. Salem Jasem, we extend our sincere appreciation for their serious efforts, effective coordination, and organized teamwork, all of which played a vital role in meeting the accreditation requirements and achieving this academic success.

We also express our deep gratitude to Professor Dr. Nuha Salim, Director of Quality Assurance at the University Presidency, for her continuous support and guidance, which significantly contributed to the success of this major step.
