College of Science

The College of Science proudly announces the successful completion of the competitive examination for applicants to postgraduate studies (Master’s and Ph.D.) for the academic year 2025–2026. A total of 374 candidates sat for the exam on the morning of Monday, June 30, 2025, across the departments of Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Geology.

📝 The examination was conducted in an academically distinguished environment, attended by the respected Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim, and supervised directly by the esteemed Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, along with the assistant deans and respected heads of scientific departments. They all praised the outstanding efforts of the examination committees and the high level of organization.

🔬 Following the exam, scientific interviews were conducted by specialized departmental committees to assess the academic qualifications and scientific background of the applicants, in accordance with the approved ministerial regulations and guidelines.
