A Master’s Thesis Explores Recycling Plastic Waste into Construction Tiles
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, the Department of Chemistry at the College of Science, University of Mosul, held a defense for the master’s thesis titled “Preparation and Characterization of Tiles from Plastic Waste and the Study of the Effect of Adding Plastic and Non-Plastic Adhesive Materials” by graduate student Ghadir Amer Mohammed Al-Hamdani.
The defense was attended by the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Salem Jassim Mohammed, along with several faculty members and postgraduate students.
