A PhD Dissertation Investigates Genetic and Biochemical Changes in Colon Cancer Patients in Nineveh
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, the Department of Biology at the College of Science, University of Mosul, held the defense of the PhD dissertation titled “Genetic and Biochemical Changes in Patients with Colon Cancer in Nineveh Province” by doctoral candidate Shaimaa Ubaid Mustafa from the Zoology Division.
The defense was attended by the Dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Rayan Mazin Faisal, as well as the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Amjad Abdulhadi, in addition to several faculty members and postgraduate students.
