Mr. assistant dean for scientific affairs as chairman of the discussion Committee of a master’s student at the College of Science-University of Duhok
Within the framework of the scientific activities of the College of science teachers at the University of Mosul, the distinguished assistant dean for scientific affairs, prof. Dr. Ryan Mazin Faisal, chaired on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the committee to discuss the tagged master’s thesis:
“Prevalence and molecular characterization of Aeromonas species isolated from various sources in Duhok-Kurdistan region Iraq”
The study aimed to identify the types of Aeromonas bacteria isolated from various sources in the city of Duhok, Kurdistan region, to diagnose sources of pollution, monitor the quality of water and food, and to reduce the spread of diseases caused by developing preventive strategies in the health and environmental fields. It also included investigating the spread of these bacteria and analyzing their molecular characteristics to understand their genetic structure and biological behavior.
