Extended meeting of the Graduate Studies Committee at the Department of Geology and petroleum Sciences
In order to enhance academic communication and organize graduate studies affairs, the Deanship of the College of Science held an expanded meeting of the Graduate Studies Committee at the Department of Geology and petroleum Sciences on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Mahmoud Sobhi, head of the Graduate Studies Division at the College of Science, and in the presence of the head of the department, Dr. Omar khalouk Mohammed Sajid, members of the Graduate Studies Committee, in addition to graduate students in the Department.
The meeting included a number of important recommendations and directives, in addition to reviewing the official timings for completing the requirements and commitments required from students during the specified period. The meeting also witnessed the raising of many questions and inquiries by students, which were discussed and answered in detail to ensure the clarity of the approved academic procedures and tracks.
In conclusion, the College of science wishes all its teachers and students continued success in their scientific and research career.
