Meeting of the laboratory quality accreditation committee in the Department of New and Renewable Energies
In accordance with the directives of the dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim al-Taie, assistant prof. Dr. Ahmed Mounir Suhail, head of the Department of New and Renewable Energies, held a meeting with the members of the laboratory quality accreditation committee in the Department, on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
Mr. head of the department started the meeting by providing substantive remarks on the importance of achieving laboratory quality accreditation and mechanisms for achieving it, stressing the need for efforts by all members of the committee to complete its requirements. He pointed out that achieving these requirements is an essential step to raise the status of the college and support its scientific career.
During the meeting, a presentation was also made on the mechanism of setting up laboratories according to the requirements of accreditation by Assistant Prof. Dr. Lamia sarsem and prof. Dr. Assem Ahmed Issa.
At the end of the meeting, the head of the Department renewed his wishes to all professors for further success, success and scientific excellence.
