Workshop entitled ” university discipline between instruction and technology “

Under the patronage of the president of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Brahimi, and under the supervision of the dean of the College of Science, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, the women’s Affairs Committee at our college, in cooperation with the university presidency /Department of studies and Planning, Sustainable Development Unit /educational and psychological research center and the women’s Affairs Unit at the university presidency, organized a workshop entitled ” university discipline between Instructions And Technology ” presented by both. L. Dr. Yasser Mahfouz Hamed director of the Center for educational and psychological research, L. Dr. Heba Khalil said and Assistant L. This was in implementation of the third national plan for women, security and peace /protection and Prevention pillar in addition to enhancing a disciplined educational environment that keeps pace with digital transformation.
The workshop included important topics on :
- The role of traditional university instructions in regulating academic behavior.
- The contribution of digital technology to the management of time, exams and communication.
- Promote scientific integrity and behavioral discipline using electronic systems.
- A statement highlighting the student discipline laws and the penalties resulting from violations.
The workshop witnessed a remarkable interaction from the participants and contributed to raising awareness of the importance of integration between instructions and digital means to achieve an effective and sustainable university discipline.
The activity was held in the conference hall at the Department of chemistry Sciences on Monday 15\12\2025 where the activity aims to activate the Sustainable Development Goals, including decent work, quality education and gender equality.
On behalf of the dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hiyam Adel Ibrahim, the head of the Department of chemistry presented a certificate of thanks and appreciation to Dr. Yasser Mahfouz in appreciation of his efforts in his valuable participation in the workshop.
