College of Science

On Thursday, January 31, 2025, the staff and students of mahlabiya Preparatory School for girls visited the chemistry department at the College of science, where they were received by the Department’s administration and professors, within the framework of enhancing scientific and educational cooperation between the University and educational institutions.

The visit included a comprehensive scientific tour of the laboratories of the chemistry department, during which the students were briefed on the laboratories of General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and physical chemistry, where they were provided with comprehensive explanations about the nature of laboratory work, the scientific devices used, and their role in conducting analyzes and experiments.

At the end of the visit, the school staff and students expressed their thanks and gratitude to the administration and professors of the Department of Chemistry for the good reception and organization, stressing the importance of such visits in motivating students and developing a love of Science and scientific research
