The College of science announces the start of electronic registration of Accepted Students for the academic year 2025-2026
The College of science announces the launch of the electronic registration process in the Student Information System (SIS) for morning study students accepted for the academic year 2025-2026, starting on Sunday 9 / 11 / 2025.
The College invited all accepted students to check the registration division at the Deanship of the Faculty of science to complete the registration procedures through the HEPIQ application, according to the following steps:
Log in to the HEPIQ application using the same login data of the central admission system (CAS).
See the result of admission to the University / College.
Choose to continue admission and start the electronic registration process, which includes:
Electronic identity verification.
Enter the required personal information.
Download the following forms:
- Medical examination
- School document or grade endorsement
- Housing card and National card
After completing the above steps, the applications are sent electronically to the college via the SIS system for review and approval.
The College stressed the importance of completing the registration on time to ensure that admission is confirmed and students start their studies within the specified time.
