The division is responsible for issuing graduation orders to graduates, authenticating documents, issuing subsequent university orders, correcting names, and following up on all procedures related to graduates..

Tasks and duties:

• Providing colleges with sample documents and wall certificates in accordance with the forms specified by the Ministry.
• Document authentication and wall certificates for graduates at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Preparing lists of the names of the top students and sending them to the Ministry upon request.
• Sending the names of graduates with supporting medical, health and hygiene professions to the Ministry.
