An academic at the Arabic Department wins an international competition.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Jarallah, an academic at the Arabic Deprtment, won one of the ten awards of Naji Al-Tikriti Short Story International Competition. His “The other face of the ship” was among 630 short stories from 21 Arab and foreign countries. Prof. Jarallah has been honoured in the award ceremony held in Qasr Al-Thaqafa in Tikrit.
