The University of Mosul concluded a training course held in cooperation between the College of Arts, the College of Basic Education, the College of Education for Humanities, and the College of Education for Women. The course also involved the participation of the Nineveh General Directorate of Education, Rasif Al-Kutub (Book Platform), Awdat Shar’i Al-Najafi Forum, and Al-Sharqiya National Schools.

The course was organized as part of the “Reviving the Arts of the Arabic Language” program. It covered several fields, including Arabic calligraphy and its refinement, dictation, essay writing (composition), recitation and public speaking, in addition to memorizing and understanding poetry. The activities began on Saturday, September 13, 2025, and continued until Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Al-Sharqiya National Schools Complex.

This course was held within the framework of the University’s outreach to other educational and cultural institutions. It aimed to elevate the skills of male and female students in the areas of writing, public speaking, and linguistic creativity, thereby contributing to the enhancement of their scientific and literary levels.
