On Sunday, March 1st, 2026. the department of English Language at the college of Arts hosted  a PhD Examination Session. The thesis submitted by Rawaa Fathi Obaid Al-Hayani, and entilted ‘ A grammatical-pragmatic Study of the Structures of Emphasis in Selected Literary Texts’. The thesis has been under the supervision of Professor Kamal Hazem Hussein.
