On Thursday, 21/5/2026, The department of History held a scientific workshop on the use of artificial intelligence in the analysis of historical sources.
The workshop entitled: “The role of artificial intelligence in the analysis of historical sources”, with the participation of a number of teachers and those interested in academic and Research Affairs. The session included a number of scientific topics related to the importance of artificial intelligence techniques in the analysis of historical information, and the mechanisms of benefiting from them in the study of historical sources and their use in modern academic research. As well as the role of these technologies in accelerating the processes of Indexing, Analysis and extraction of historical data accurately and efficiently.
