Faculty Member from the Department of Translation Assumes the Role of Secretary-General of Mosul University Libraries
Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Mohammed Al-Hamdani, a faculty member in the Department of Translation, has officially taken on the responsibilities of Secretary-General of Mosul University Libraries.
Dr. Mohammed holds a PhD from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Spain and is an active member of an international research team based in Spain. He has participated in numerous training programs at Oxford University, Cambridge University, and the British Library. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for UNESCO in the development of libraries.
This appointment reflects Dr. Mohammed’s extensive expertise and contributions in the field of library and information science, furthering the university’s mission of academic excellence and global collaboration.
