A meeting of the Higher Education Fund Management Board was held at the College of Arts, University of Mosul, on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, to discuss key administrative and financial issues related to the educational process.

The meeting was chaired by Professor Dr. Hatim Fahd Hanno, Chairman of the Higher Education Fund Management Board and Dean of the College, with the attendance of board members. The session included a review of the current academic landscape and the challenges it faces, as well as discussions on ways to enhance the financial resources of the Higher Education Fund to ensure continued support for academic programs and the development of infrastructure.

The attendees also discussed a number of proposals aimed at improving administrative performance and enhancing the quality of services provided to students.

At the conclusion of the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of following up on and implementing the approved recommendations, along with a call to intensify efforts in line with the College’s vision for advancing the academic and financial environment.
