On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, the College of Arts at the University of Mosul hosted a celebration for Francophonie Day 2025, organized by the French Department. The event was attended by the esteemed Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hatim Fahd Hanno, along with a number of faculty members and students.

The celebration included various activities, and on its sidelines, there was an exhibition of paintings and photographs, as well as a display of traditional French cuisine.
