A new book has been released by Al-Furat House for Culture and Media – Babylon, in collaboration with Sama Publishing, Printing, and Distribution House, titled:
“The Expenditures of the Abbasid State and Its Financial Transaction Methods (132–334 AH / 749–945 AD)”
Authored by Professor Dr. Hatim Fahd Hanno Al-Tai, Dean of the College of Arts.
The book explores the financial aspects of the Abbasid Caliphate, focusing on expenditures and the methods used in managing public funds. It reviews documents and sources that trace the development of financial administration during that period. This work represents a significant scholarly contribution to the Arabic historical library.
