College of Arts Holds Workshop on Categorizing Activities According to Sustainable Development Goals

The College of Arts recently held a scientific workshop focusing on the mechanisms for categorizing activities completed during the current academic year in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This initiative is part of the college’s broader effort to enhance the quality of its academic and administrative performance.
The workshop was facilitated by the Scientific Assistant, Professor Dr. Ammar Abdul Latif, and the Administrative Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Nadhim Daoud. During the session, key scientific, cultural, and service activities undertaken by the college were reviewed. Discussions also covered methods for documenting and utilizing these activities to meet university sustainability standards.
The workshop was attended by members of the Quality Assurance liaisons from various departments, who provided valuable input and suggestions to support the college’s efforts in this area.
This workshop is one in a series of activities organized by the college to embed a culture of quality and to link educational outcomes with the global objectives of sustainable development.
