College of Arts Library Hosts Training Course on Lending, Fines, and Digital Transformation
Mosul, June 26, 2025 – The Library Unit of the College of Arts organized a three-day training course that concluded on June 23, 2025. The course, titled “Lending and Fines at the College of Arts Library: Regulations, Conditions, and Mechanisms for Transition to an Electronic System,” featured presentations by a selection of the college’s staff.
The presenters included:
- Assistant Lecturer Raafat Rajab Al-Hamdani
- Dr. Nihal Abdul-Wahab
- Assistant Lecturer Saif al-Din Farhan
Each presenter focused on a different aspect of library operations, covering established lending regulations, methods for calculating fines, and modern approaches for digitizing these procedures into an integrated electronic system.
The training saw active participation from various college staff members. This initiative aims to enhance library operations and elevate its services, aligning them with current digital trends.
