Dean of the College of Arts Inspects Administrative Divisions and Affirms Continuous Support for Staff
The Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Al-Tai, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Safwan Nazem, recently inspected the administrative divisions and units of the college. The visit aimed to monitor the workflow and procedures in place, and to assess administrative performance in order to advance the college’s administrative processes.
During his tour, the Dean inquired about the key problems and obstacles facing the employees in their work environment. He emphasized the college deanship’s commitment to listening to its staff and seriously working to resolve their issues.
The Dean also noted that the deanship’s door is always open to all college employees to enhance communication and resolve any challenges that may hinder their performance, thereby contributing to the creation of a positive and productive work environment.
