College of Arts Focuses on AI and Anti-Corruption

Under the supervision of Dean Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hanno, the College of Arts at the University of Mosul organized two key developmental workshops in late October 2025 to connect academic knowledge with contemporary societal issues. The first workshop, held on October 22, addressed the “Repercussions of Administrative Corruption on Institutional Performance and Service Quality,” emphasizing the need to uphold professional ethics. The second, held on October 23, focused on “Artificial Intelligence as a Driving Force for Social Change and Sustainable Development,” exploring how AI technologies can promote equality and help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. These workshops, organized by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit and the Department of Sociology, aim to prepare students to meet the challenges of the labor market and contribute effectively to national development.
