AI’s Impact on Social Balance, workshop in Sociology Dept.

The Department of Sociology held a dialogue workshop on Wednesday, October 26, 2025, titled: “The Silent Revolution: Artificial Intelligence and its Risks to Social Balance.”

During the workshop, Professor Dr. Hamdan Ramadan Mohammed presented an analytical overview addressing the effects of Artificial Intelligence—as one of the most prominent contemporary human inventions—on social structures and relationships.

He emphasized that AI represents the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which has brought about a radical transformation in various aspects of social life.
