Seminar on Societal Risks and Their Impact on Youth at the College of Arts
Under the guidance of the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Arts, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit and the Women’s Affairs Unit at the University Presidency, organized a scientific seminar.
The seminar addressed a range of negative phenomena that threaten the social fabric and the stability of the community, specifically:

Tattoos among youth from the perspective of Interactionist Theory.

Harassment, its causes, and effects.

Narcotics (drugs) and the motives behind their spread among the youth demographic.
The seminar included a scholarly discussion of these phenomena and an explanation of their repercussions on social cohesion and youth behavior.
