Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts, the University Psychological Guidance Division organized an introductory workshop titled “Orientation Reception for First-Year Students.”

The event commenced with a welcoming address by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hatem Fahd Hanoo, who introduced the new students to the College’s vision, objectives, and academic trajectory.

Professor Dr. Ammar Abdullatif, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, and Professor Dr. Safwan Nadhim Dawood also extended their greetings to the students, emphasizing the importance of diligence and active participation in student activities.

Furthermore, the Head of the University Psychological Guidance Division, Dr. Iman Hammadi Rajab, provided a comprehensive explanation of the academic guidance program and the mechanisms for benefiting from it throughout their years of study.

The event concluded with presentations by several students, including the recitation of poems and literary texts that expressed their sense of belonging and aspirations, adding an atmosphere of enthusiasm and positive interaction to the celebration.
