Students from the Department of French Visit the Franco-Iraqi Cultural Institute in Mosul

On Monday, January 12, the Cultural Activities Unit at the Faculty of Arts, in collaboration with the Department of French, organized an academic and cultural visit to the Franco-Iraqi Cultural Institute in Mosul. The visit included a delegation of students and several faculty members from the department.
The itinerary featured an interactive dialogue session that emphasized the vital role of culture and education in fostering a socially conscious generation capable of engaging with global multiculturalism. Additionally, the session provided a comprehensive introduction to the linguistic and cultural initiatives hosted by the Institute, as well as the various training and scholarship opportunities available in France for students of the French language.
At the conclusion of the visit, the students expressed their keen interest in further developing their linguistic proficiency and leveraging the cultural and educational programs offered by the Institute to enhance their academic careers.
