Assistant Professor Dr. Shallal Hamid Suleiman, a faculty member in the Department of Sociology at the College of Arts, participated as a member of the examination committee for a Master’s thesis titled: “Evaluating the Impact of Training on Human Rights Awareness: A Case Study of University of Duhok Students.”

The defense took place on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the College of Humanities, University of Duhok. This participation comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic cooperation between Iraqi universities and to support scientific research in the fields of human rights and community development.
