Under the patronage of the Deanship of the College of Dentistry, and in embodiment of the slogan “The University in the Service of Society,” the Conservative Dentistry Branch, in cooperation with the Scientific Affairs Unit and the Volunteer Work Unit, organized an educational field visit to Al-Araf Government Primary School on Monday, 30 March 2026.

The campaign witnessed active participation from a distinguished group of faculty members and students, who dedicated their academic and practical expertise to serve the pupils. The visit included an intensive program comprising:

Simplified Educational Seminars: Addressing proper oral and dental hygiene practices.

Practical Workshops: Demonstrating correct toothbrushing techniques using educational models.

Preventive Guidelines: Emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet and its role in reducing dental caries and periodontal diseases.

This initiative comes the College’s strategic plans to strengthen the developmental and societal role of the academic institution. It aims to instill preventive health awareness among children at an early age, thereby contributing to the development of a health-conscious generation.

At the conclusion of the visit, the school administration expressed its appreciation and gratitude for the efforts of the College’s staff, commending this humanitarian and academic role that fosters strong ties between the academic institution and various state institutions.
