Workshop at the College of Dentistry on Artificial Intelligence in Digital Learning Environments

As part of the continuing education activities included in the 2026–2027 academic year plan, the E-Learning Unit at the College of Dentistry held a specialized workshop entitled “Artificial Intelligence in Digital Learning Environments,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Khalid on 18 October 2026.
The one-day workshop aimed to highlight modern artificial intelligence tools and technologies and their applications in developing the digital education system and continuing medical education.
The organization of this event aligns with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically:
– Goal 4: Quality Education.
– Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
– Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
The workshop also represents a practical implementation of the second pillar of the strategic plan, which focuses on providing courses and workshops to keep pace with rapid changes across various sectors, including training in digital skills, leadership skills, and entrepreneurship. In addition, it supports the fifth pillar, which is based on adopting advanced educational systems that meet human development needs and future plans.
