Being acquainted with other countries experiences is vital not only for giving an impression but also to motivate the visitor.-The slogan ( Iraq national ) is more than wonderful, but we must translate this slogan to reality through the implementation of programs that promote citizen belonging to the homeland.
-To start an education campaign starting from kindergarten and through schools and universities to translate the content of this slogan in the form of daily practices and not speeches.
-Directing the media to create programs that promote citizen belonging to his homeland and being proud of belonging to this country.
-Follow-up services file for being a vital key to increase the loyalty of the citizen, and to provide basic services to him and that makes him feel that he is the goal in this country and not just a means used by the state to conduct projects or profits .
-The state is seeking to change that look of the citizen on himself is no less stature than any citizen in any advanced country.
-The need to choose elements scientifically and intellectually competent to lead the state institutions.
