Discussion of a master’s thesis in the College of Environmental Sciences related to the biodegradation of microplastics.
This morning, Sunday, September 8, 2024, a master’s thesis was discussed for the student Muhammad Walid Hazem Al-Hajjar on his thesis entitled
“Biodegradation of Micro-plastic in Aqueous Solution”
in the discussion hall of our college.
The discussion committee was headed by Professor Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Khalil and the membership of Assistant Professor Muhammad Fakhr al-Din Ahmed and Lecturer Dr. Ghada Siddiq Rasool and the membership and supervision of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi and Lecturer Dr. Rasha Khaled Sabry.
The study included the isolation and diagnosis of bacteria and fungi from the polyvinyl chloride pipes industry wash basin in the city of Mosul using PCR technology.
