Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, and the supervision of the Head of the Department of Environmental Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. Ayad Fadil Al-Naama, and in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Committee to give awareness lectures on the environment, Assistant Professor Dr. Rasha Khaled Sabry, Assistant Lecturer Omar Khair El-Din Mohi El-Din, Lecturer Roaa Muzaffar Younis, Assistant Lecturer Hanan Riyadh, and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Abdul Razzaq, lecturers in the Department of Environmental Technology at our college, visited Jawaher Al-Elm Girls’ High School today, Sunday, December 1, 2024.

The visit included providing a general overview of the forms of pollution and highlighting water pollution with plastic particles and their harms and risks to humans and public health.

Climate change, drought, possible environmental solutions, and means of rationalizing water consumption were also highlighted.
