A scientific visit for students of the Department of Climate Change to the Crystals and Minerals Laboratory in the College of Science..
Within the directives of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Dr. Yusra Majeed Al-Shaker, to support the educational process and under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Climate Change, Dr. Ali Zain Al-Abidin Al-Azeez, and within the academic requirements of the Earth Science subject, first-year students in the Department of Climate Change, accompanied by an elite group of department instructors, conducted a scientific visit to the Crystals and Minerals Laboratory in the Department of Earth Sciences at the College of Science, today, Monday, December 30, 2024.
The visit included introducing students to crystals, their shapes, minerals and their types, in addition to explaining the geological scale and the origin of the Earth.
The visit aimed to enhance the theoretical aspect with the practical application aspect.
