Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al -Ibrahimi, President of Mosul University and supervised by Mrs. Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Yousry Majeed Al -Shaker, the Faculty of Environmental Sciences/ Department of Environmental Health, in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the Presidency of Mosul University and the Nineveh Health Department/ Nuclear Hospital and Nuclear Medicine, held a training course entitled (Radiography … its role and its impact on human health) on Sunday, February 23, 2025 in the hall College discussions that last five days.

The workshop included an explanation of the photography mechanism by the Kama x -rays, X -rays, and the biological effects of radiation on human health, as well as the methods used to prevent radiation.

The course aimed to clarify the danger of radiation on human health and methods of preventing it.
