College of Environmental Sciences

Among the scientific achievements of the College of Environmental Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Shaima Khalil Al-Hayali, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at our college, and Assistant Lecturer Ramadan Ahmed Al-Hadidi, in collaboration with researchers from the University of Mosul and the Northern Technical University, have registered five new bacterial strains at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI):
RaMaSh11, RaMaSh12, RaMaSh13, RaMaSh14, and RaMaSh15
Isolated from polluted water in the city of Mosul, these strains belong to several bacterial species.

We wish them continued success and progress in their academic careers.
