A scientific visit for students from the Department of Climate Change to the College of Science.
Under the direct guidance of the Dean of the College of Environmental Sciences, Professor Muthanna Jassim Muhammad Al-Taie, and under the supervision of the Head of the Department of Environmental Technology, Assistant Professor Dr. Ayad Fadhil Al-Nama, and as part of the Department of Environmental Technology’s ongoing activities to support the scientific aspect and enhance the practical aspects of students, first-year students, accompanied by a group of faculty members, conducted a scientific visit to the College of Science/Department of Earth Sciences on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
The visit included learning about minerals and how to diagnose them, as well as identifying the types of rocks, their locations, and how to distinguish them.
