The Technical Committee Begins Classification of the College of Environmental Sciences Library According to the Dewey Decimal System and the Relative Index..
The Technical Committee at the College of Environmental Sciences has begun classifying the college library using the Dewey Decimal System, one of the most widely used classification systems in libraries worldwide. This project is being carried out under the direct supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College, Professor Muthanna Jassim Al-Taie.
This project comes within the framework of the college’s efforts to develop its library services and facilitate students’ and researchers’ access to scientific resources in an organized and effective manner. It also aims to enhance the research environment and support the academic process at the college.
We hope this development will contribute to raising the efficiency of library services and will be a qualitative addition to library users, both faculty members and students.
