The workshop included… Administrative and financial corruption is a phenomenon not limited to one society. Rather, it is an ancient and modern phenomenon that varies in its extent depending on the nature of society, its legal system, the effectiveness of its oversight bodies, and the nature of its public order. Given its harmful effects on society, we find that legislators, in more than one law, have established ways to confront this dangerous phenomenon, including imposing disciplinary sanctions of varying degrees to reduce the phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption, ranging from a reprimand to dismissal from public office.
